Together with Emirates NBD’s social media team, we had an objective to leverage on live videos and utilize this platform to create high engagement with zero to minimal advertising. Another objective was to motivate customers to research our recent products and services. The solution was to create a live show. 6 questions that lead to clues and viewers have to guess the service. A lot of practice and preparations go into each episode to make sure the live-action goes smooth, but it truly pays off as we receive over 2000 answers each episode.
The show exceeded 10 episodes – one every month and was featured in Facebook Middle East’s case studies for creative live content.
